"Happy" and "Chicken" - The Canote Brothers

I couldn't resist sharing these videos... Several years ago I had the pleasure of meeting the Canote Brothers at Pine Woods Music Camp. These guys are twin brothers and so hilarious! They remind me of the guys on "Car Talk" with their infectious laughter. The Canote Brothers love to bring back old string band music and novelty songs. This song "Happy" just makes me smile....especially the very silly scat singing part - enjoy!

Then there are those crazy nights at the dinner table where my son will not eat the chicken I have made. We have become creative in getting him to try chicken....I'm embarrassed to say we have resorted to singing and dancing the "chicken dance"and have sung silly novelty songs about chicken. Have you heard this one?
